Every window that I open is shuttered & I can’t open the window under the taskbar. How do I remove the shutter function from the window? It was placed in my system by a program called “Smartalec Speed Demon”. The shutter is gray & covers the objects displayed in the window. Where do I look for the problem & correct it?
