    windows problem error

    My problem is that each time i boot my Pc an error prompt out and telling me that my Os has recovered from a serious error.I,ve tried to restore my Os to the earlier good configuration of my Os but i still recieve the same message.what should i do

      with this information i can only advice u to backup your data and run a reinstall..

      Could be a defective hardware driver or hardware itself.

      When you look in Hardware Device Manager, do you see any red or yellow icons?

      Delete the contents in c:\windows\minidump\

      I assume that u r running winXP. Try to scan for updates on http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com. i’ve just forgotten the article but there is one that fixes that error. i hope you will be helped.
