My computer restarts itself everytime i get connected to the ISP. I Have a 128RAM and my modem is MOTOROLA SM56 PCI and Windows 98 in Portuguese, Celeron 333MHZ and the connection speed is at 115.200 at COM3. The ISP line is an ISDN. So, What it could be?
