This may be a browser error that could need updating the java script or browser.
Other causes could be the anti-virus running in the background and scanning files while you are surfing the net, check configuration settings.
The other areas to chek is to see if you have bad memory or the CPU may be heating up,another thing that will cause reboots is the power supply.

It most likely has something to due with heat. It most likely isn't any software that would be causing a problem like that. I would check out your CPU fan first and then go from there.

i suspect either heat or your power supply. try running without your computer cover in place. if this solves your problem, then it's heat.

if your bios has hardware monitoring, enable an audible alarm.

If the system reboots while online it could be a problem with your sytem being infected with a trojan. I would recommend going to zdnet.com or cnet.com and get a program like cleaner to check your system to see if it is infected. I had that type of problem as well and it turned out to be a trojan. Trojans usually start upon startup and remain hidden, with these programs another user can execute various commands such as REBOOTING the PC.....some programs are designed to do certain commands randomly such as reboot while offline and such to give the illusion of a hardware issue. Just check it out, there are lots of great anti-trojan programs out there and maybe you already have this type of protection, but I just wanted to make this possibility evident to you, good luck.

your power supply is definitley bad when its getting so hot it just shuts itself down to sort of take a break I guess you could say.
