Hi all, I am wondering as to why my computer keeps restarting. It boots up, goes through the BIOS loading, into The Windows XP loading screen. Then the screen goes black, powers down… then restarts itself. It will keep doing the same thing over and over again, anyone have any hints? One other thing, my friend DOES NOT have SP2, so he cannot disable this option in the safe-mode screen.
