Windows rotating desktop icon shortcuts
Computer seems to be doing a few things.
1- The desktop icon shortcuts are changing between a grey “X”, a “home share icon”, a green checkmark, and looking normal.
2- my device manager seems to be flashing every 1-2 seconds. No missing or bad devices from what I can tell.-I have run multiple spyware scan programs (malwarebytes, super anti spwyare, spybot) only found cookies.
-Updated graphics card to latest drivers
-ran sfc /scannow
-computer seems to be running fine other than these 2 issues (which are affecting my gaming)
-I have recorded a video of the flashing screen
