Windows Server 2003

By mkaczowski ·
My customer bought 2 identical servers. I setup 1 with server 2003. Everyone logs into this domain server to access two database programs and user shared folders.
I installed Exchange 2003 so they could have a shared calendar and interoffice mail because the owner allows only a few limited users internet access.
Now the owner wants me to setup the other server as an emergency backup server. It would be used if & only if the first server crashes. He would like it synchronized daily with the main server so that it is always ready to go live as the primary server in the event of a disaster.
I hope this explains my situation better.
I need to know how to setup and configure the second server. IE...should I partition the drives identically the same as the first server, should I use the same computer, domain name, & IP? Or should I ghost it from the main server and use software like Acronis?
I currently own a package called Double Take but it only images data files.
Please advise in detail.
