Windows Server 2003 Indexing Service

Hi All,

I would like to ask for the Indexing Service on Windows Server 2003, the file with Encoding UTF-8 cannot be searched. Any Solution on this issue ?

PS. I have a txt file with encoding UTF-8 need to be searched.
