Windows Server 2003 & POP3 – Server stopped receiving mail

EDIT: Turned out it wasn’t the server at all. The router
went into some kind of automatic safety mode due to
having too many incoming requests in a short period of
time. Great feature, Netgear. Ugh. Can’t wait to get rid of
this router.
