Hello,
We recently switched from a Windows 2000 server to Windows Server 2003 Standard Ed. SP2. The print server (shared printers using the Print Server Role) is substantially slower than it was under Windows 2000.
Any thoughts on why it would be so much slower?
The printers are set up via TCP/IP ports and the print server is also the file server and domain controller (as was the previous machine which never had this speed issue).
Thanks in advance,
Seth
