I remember that with NT 4.0 Microsoft reccomended that you reboot your servers every so often. Do they still reccomend that with Windows server 2003? Thanks.

rebooting is required for some updates but you do not generally need to reboot your system. I do not believe rebooting is recommended for WS2k3. I know I only reboot when an update requires it. rebooting was used as a way to clean up after memory leaks in the OS. I think WS2K3 has very few if any memory leaks. please rate my answer.
