Windows Server 2008: winload.exe is missing or corrupt

I have dual booting system( windows 7 and 2008 server r2) not able to boot windows server 2008 as saying error Windows Server 2008: winload.exe is missing or corrupt, please suggest me in this regard.

Startup Repair

The error screen telling you about winload.exe should be offering you the option to boot into the recovery environment. If not, insert your Server 2008 DVD and boot from it. From memory Server OS's are the same as client ones - so startup repair should be able to fix the problem (assuming it's isolated to that file, which may well be an unsafe assumption).
