windows setup troubleshooting

when i setup winme in my MAXTOR hard disk that i partation it by FDISK, an error massage appear to me and i can’t continue in setup process.
the massage that appear to me is SU0013, and when i read the setup.txt for this massage the answer doesn’t give me any thing. Please me.
