I am running windowsme on my hp vectra.
When I turned it on I got the following message:
Windows Socket error: (10048), on api ‘bind’
I have never seen or heard of this. Has anyone or does anyone know where I can find info on this.
The box just keeps popping on my screen. Its not just a constant box. I can close it but it comes right back.
