hi i have recently got a new pc my monitor has built in sound ands not HD my speakers are colorsit sp-163 and i have no sound card anyway i got this pc with windows on which he tested it with and my sound worked great but i wiped it and installed xp profession again and my sound did not work, volume control is not on the taskbar and will not open due to there are no active mixer devices avalible, on deivce manager there are two ! marked things called pci device and unknow device and everything in sound and audio device properties is grey and cannot be clicked
