Windows Task Manager

i found a hidden file “explorer.exe” in my “F” drive, and i executed it… nothing was happened… at that time… but now whenever i press Ctl+Alt+Del, Windows Task Manager appears just for a second n disappeared.. i m unable to see the applications in process, and to close any program, if hangged.
Kindly, help me in this regard.
