Running W2k Pro. Task Manager Window lost it’s menu bar. When the Windows Task Manager is accessed it no longer provides a menu bar at the top. i.e. there is no title bar, menu options, or tab options! Nothing seemed to precipitate this. One day they were there the next they were gone. Can anyone offer a fix?
