I have Windows 98 2nd Edition on an IBM PC. Just recently it has started auto dialing the internet connection every time the PC is restarted. Winproxy says it is the windows update trying to connect to the internet. How can I stop this from trying to connect on every restart? (Our only recent software addition was MSN Messenger)
