I have recently upgraded from windows ME to XP with service pack 2. When I go to the Windows Update site I get the error message 0xDDD0002 and text telling me that to use the website I need to be logged on as the administrator or a member of the administrator group on my pc. I am the administrator – but the site will not let download any updates etc. Has anyone any suggestions please ?
