By tech.293 ·
"See iuhist.xml for details: Install finished (Error 0xC0000005)"

I have done the following:
1. safemode
2. sfc
3. clean boot KB310353
4. tried to install ind. file install by kb article.
5. deleted WUTemp contents, ren windowsupdate directory.
6. Deleted WUTemp folder
7. renamed windowsupdate folder
8. tried it in safe mode with networking
9. MSCONFIG click the services tab and place a check mark on HIDE ALL MICROSOFT SERVICES and uncheck all of those remaining items
10. Temporarily close all open programs, including McAfee or other Anti-virus
program. Delete C:\Windows\System32\CATROOT2 folder. Repeat the attempt to install the update.

So why can't these install. The officeupdates work fine.
I AM NOT GOING TO RESTORE OR RELOAD. I AM LOOKING TO FIX IT AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE WORK SO FAR. thanks

ps I have already put all this throught dell and no answers fixed it.
