Windows Update Fails w/IE6.0

Since update to IExplore.exe 6.0 I can no lmnger use the Windows Update option. During scan for new files (Most common) or trying to update files (Occassionally) IExplre errors out and wants to send a report. Of course Microsoft never responds to thes reports, even after sending over twenty of them. I just re-installed IE6.0 and am still getting these erroors.
