Windows Updates grayed out in Windows 2003 server

Having a weird problem with some of our Windows 2003 servers Automatic updates being grayed out. I am aware of the new updates that Microsoft has put out on 12/11/07. I run rsop and am having trouble pinpointing where these servers are getting this policy from. Any insight would be a big help!!! Thanks in advance
