Windows Vista Enterprise and NT 4.0 servers

My at home computer was connected to my work NT 4.0 server letting me access the network. All of a sudden it does not connect and keeps locking me out. I did a patch, that did not work, then I ran secpol.msc, selected local policy then security options, and set it to Send LM & NTLM+LM and used NTLMv2 session security if negotiated.
That did not fix it either. Any help with problem?
