I have about six Windows Vista laptops that won’t shut down. All users are reporting that the issue happened 1-2 weeks ago. Here is what I’ve tried so far:
Performed a clean boot, updated firmware and necessary device drivers, ran a chkdsk /r and found no errors and a few other things. I should also mention that I am unable to flash the BIOS. My colleague and I have tried numerous things and we haven’t found a fix.
