Hi,
I have a laptop running win 98. It won’t shutdown, it reboots rather than do a shutdown. I have done scandisk, defrag and all the norton tools. Still wont shutdown. I have gone to msconfig and checked disable fast shutdown and vice cersa, stillthe same. Where should I look now. I have nothing runing at start except systray and explorer, i removed everything else from start up folder , in the registry and using msconfig.
