About 1 year ago i did a massive computer upgrade (cpu,video card,motherboard,HDD). When I reinstalled my copy of windows xp I was unable to activate it like i knew i would. so I called and they activated it for after I told them what happened. But now everytime I install windows they only way i can activate it is if i call them. BTW i never change any of my hardware when i install windows. If anyone knows of a way to either keep my activation data after a clean install or can tell me why my computer will not activate over the internet that would be great thank you.
