I purchased a new Dell m90 laptop, it came with Vista which is not allowed on our network so I partitioned, format adn installed XP Pro.
I installed all drivers (XP) and everything on the pc works. I plugged in a MS USB mouse and it works. I plugged in MS USB keyboard adn XP can not install it. The install wizard finishes saying Windows could not find the software. I have downloaded and installed the Intellitype s/w many times and still can not get the keyboard or any external keyboard to work. That goes with the external USB key pad that I have, it does not work either.
Thoughts? I need help!
