Windows XP Authntication

I have a Hard Drive bay installed in my computer and at the present time I have one rack dual booted with Win.98 and Win.98SE. I would like to load Win.XP on a seperate hard drive and put it on a seperate rack. My question is, would this affect the activation requirments that XP demands by interchanging the hard drives?
