Windows XP boot options

Hi there.
I would love to know how to edit the boot options for Windows XP. I remember seeing an article about it, but I can’t find it (now that I need it)! I had dual booted XP and Me. WinMe is no longer on the computer – partition removed and formatted – but XP still gives it as an option to boot. Help!
