I have a lab of WXP machines that will pause for about 15-20 minutes after logging on with the “Applying Personal Settings..” message on screen.
They are not consistent, pausing like this about 50% of the time.
User profiles are upto about 60Kbut mostly around 10K.
Anything else to check for would be helpful
