windows xp connecting with with windows 2003 & windows vista on network

Can i connect windows XP with windows 2003 server & windows vista version, is there any problem in connecting them, if there is any problem in network with windows vista & windows 2003 server in netwok what is the solution without installation the OS. Please help me in replying this.

what the bottom line is here. If you have a Windows 2003 Domain and you want to have Vista and XP as clients the answer is yes.

The most important thing to look out for is Vista as you have to turn on Network Discovery.

You wont be able to do this if you dont install an Operating System.

XP Home cannot be added to a Domain and nor can several of the bottom line versions of Vista.

But if you have the correct version of XP Pro there will not be any problems in getting it to connect to 2003. The same applies to Vista if you have the correct version of Vista you can add it to a network and have connectivity. Though it's not as easy to setup as XP is.
