Windows XP Desktop Cleanup Wizard

After using the Desktop Cleanup Wizard, Outlook 2002 will not run without crashing. It will receive emails from our Exchange Server 2000 but it will not send email and it crashes at random.
Has anyone else experinced problems after running this wizard? If so how can I fix this problem. Reinstalling Office 2002 did not help.
