I am getting this error when I am trying to open an Installed programme ie Video Splitter and also Win AVI Video Converter.Previous posts have suggested its to do with a Printer problem only? I have SP1 SP2 & SP3 installed.I have run a Virus Scan and the computer is clean..Can anyone help here
