Windows XP Home logon account

If you change the name of the default account “Owner”, then you can still log into XP Home with the name “Owner” (witch by the way doen’t exist since you log in with the new name given), provided you know the password of the new name specified. Witch means that if the password wasn’t changed with name change, then you can still log in to XP Home using “Owner”. The “Owner” account does’nt show, but it’s active. The “Owner” account has admin rights by default. Could someone please tell me if I missed documentation on this, and where I can find some info?
