I am trying to install XP on my Toshiba notebook (Portege S100-S213TD). I have followed the descriptions and am using an external 3.5″ floppy drive.
The installation program finds the Toshiba RAID, SATA driver and Everything goes well until I have picked the partition to install Windows and the SATA driver has to be accessed again. This time the floppy does not respond at all, the installation program can’t find the file needed and the only option is to exit from the installation.
Has anyone experienced this problem?
