Windows xp installation problems

hi ,
Two days ago i was trying to install windows xp on my computer.I used bootable windows xp service pack 2 c.d.The installation started running..I selected partition 1(Drive C) for loading windows ..I formatted the drive..The setup files were being copied..But four files are not being copied ..following are the file names:
As a result i am unable to istall windows on my comp..can anyone help me to get out of this mess..please save me so that i can make my computer work .

Bad CD

Very simple my Indian friend...

The CD is messed up, try acquiring a new one... It happens from time to time. No worries.

I used a brand new copy of windows xp service pack 2.

I pray that there is no problem with my harddisk.anyway i will try to get a new c.d and see if it works.

hi all, i am having severe problem with my system..i am unable to load windows xp service pack 2 on my system..can't figure what the actual problem is..can anyone help me out ...plz!!!!
