Windows XP Logoff

I received an e-mail from you regarding problems with loging off or shutting down Window XP.

I have been having a problem for the past several weeks and I can’t get an answer from MS.

When every I try to shut down my computer it automatically reboots. I don’t know where to go to see if something was changed when I installed Norton 2002. Everything was working fine until then.

Can you tell me where I might be able to find this information?
