windows xp permission

hi all
i already posted my problem but dont know why i cant find it.
ok my problem is i have two computer windows xp sp2 installed in a workgroup.shared one folder which is on d drive removed everyone group.add user with change and read permission.in NTFS permission given permission read,write,list folder content.(removed inherit by copying it)user on other computer can read write file successfully.then i notice that user can read permission,create folder in shared folder to restrict that user i applied special permissionwich is as follow deny create folder/append data,read permission.but when i apply these permissions standard permissions get changed. then user cant accsess file(read, write check box remove only list folder content remain) if i apply standard again i lost special permissions.
help me out
