Windows XP printer drivers

I recently upgraded to Windows XP Professional, but it doesn’t have a driver for my printer, an Epson Stylus Color 740. Epson doesn’t seem to have one available yet and I’d like to be able to print without having to buy a new printer. Are there other drivers that will work or can I adapt a Win 2K driver (which is available) to work with XP? Right now I’m dead in the water.
