I ran the defrag utility on my NTFS partition on my Windows XP Professional machine. It eventually crashed and went into a memory dump. When I rebooted it attempted to start windows and then dumped again with the message boot_volume_unmountable atthe top. I have already installed Windows on a new hard drive and have set the old one up as a slave to it, is there any way for me to rescue my encrypted files? Any help would be deeply appreciated.
