Windows XP shuts down

Windows XP (2600) is shutting down and producing a page fault error at 0x0000008e and 0x00000050. I have changed memory, reseated the proccessor and even changed it. i have also installe dthe hard drive in another system and the problem still comes back. Does anyone have any info that may help fix this problem?
