Hi there,
I am desperate for help. I tried to reinstal Windows XP SP2 and the progam froze at the registration phase. I then restarted my computer and it now boots until it gets to the Windows log in screen (administrator). The mouse moves until I strike a key and then everything freezes. The cursor still blinks but that is it. I have tried rebooting off my Operating System CD and Driver Recovery DVD without success. Anyone have any advice?
