Today, I downloaded Windows XP updates, which require a reboot. After doing so, my PC would not boot fully. I could see the desktop icons, the start menu, and quick launch icons, but clicking on any of these would not work.
Almost like Windows stopped booting mid-stream.
I guess I’d be considered a novice, so, if you can help me sort this issue, so I can get back to work… I’d greatly appreciate it.
