I recently was given a Dell Inspiron 7000 and in order to connect the laptop with my computer I needed to upgrade the windows 98. I got the upgrade and started it but it freezed up on me loading devices at the 34 minute to go. I found an answer to it which was to go to BIOS and disable the USB. I went to BIOS and there was no device for USB even though it has two ports. Help Please!!!
