I guess I downloaded something at some point in time that had a virus attached to it.
Well the virus deleted a lot of my desktop icons as well as start bar selections.
The whole second row of the start bar is blank except for “Connect to…” and “Set program access and defaults”.
There is no programs button or settings or anything.
it deleted and won’t let me access my C:\ or D:\
It won’t let me do ctrl alt delete.
I can’t go to properties on the desktop and it replaces my desktop background with one that says “your privacy is in danger” and it created and icon called “peep show” likely porn.
Other than that, my music and favorites are still here.
That’s all I can think of other than my pc is going slower than usual.
I’m scanning for infections.
I was wondering if there is anything I can do to get these things to work normally or replace them. And how to get rid of this and any other tips. if you need to know something specifically, ask.

1. The New Background that replaced mine, I’m pretty sure its a link but it wont work.
2. Showing that the background is movable and under it is just plain black.
3. Where the time should be, I didn’t have a 24-hour clock before but my regular clock got replaced with that.
