Windows XP vs. Windows 2k Pro. comparo?

I was wondering if anyone has published a comparison list of the pros and cons of Windows XP business edition vs. Windows 2000 Professional? The Microsoft website has a list and of course since “marketing” is their game, they make XP out to be the better choice. Can someone give me a nonbias opinion on this matter?
