Windows XP x64 Edition Installation

by maxbrandon . Updated 18 years, 5 months ago

Hi Experts…

I’m using DELL XPS 700 series system with the following configurations:
nVidia nForce 590 SLI Intel Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Quad Processor (Q6600)
4GB of RAM
4×250 Serial ATA Hard Disk Drives
Two nVidia GeForce 7950 GX2s in Quad SLI mode
Ageia PhysX Graphic Accelerator
Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Music

While installing Windows XP x64 Edition on the above referred machine, I experience the instant installation error:

0x0000007B (0xFFFFFADF8FA323C0, 0XFFFFFFFFC0000034, 0X0000000000000000, 0X0000000000000000)

But it won’t be a case when I install either Windows XP MCE 32Bit or Windows Vista either 32Bit or 64Bit, subsequently when I eject / remove one of available nVidia GeForce 7950 Graphic Adapter, the installation would be completed successfully. And whenever I insert additional Graphic Adapter after successful installation of Windows XP x64 Edition, the display goes darken…

Please do suggest the best shortest possible remedy so that I’d be able to enjoy my 3D Software i.e 3D Max / Maya with full 4GB Memory…
