Windows2000 Administration

Is there a way to control another workstation remotely? What kind of utility do I have to use?
How do I learn TCP/IP in an simplified way?

If you are referring to W2K servers, they come with W2K Terminal server with one license so that you can remote control it. You just need to install the service on the server and have it make a client disk for you. For workstations, I use Microsoft VNC a lot. It's a free remote control app that works on Win9x and NT and 2K and Unix, you can download it at www.uk.research.att.com/vnc.
When the service is installed, you can remote control the "server" (the PC or Server with the Service installed) with the tiny viewer app (just an .exe, no installation required, fits on a floppy) or through a browser.
It's not really secure enough to run over the Internet, because the current version is vulnerable to replay attacks, but otherwize it's very nice.
