One of our clients is running windows 2000 Pro as their only server, the client states he installed MS Excel onto server, rebooted, & now server is giving “The system cannot log you on now because the domain MODEMSRV is not available” message. Thismachine IS the domain, there are no other servers on the network. Machine ALWAYS goes to login screen, even when told to boot into safe mode. none of the workstations can login to the machine either.
