Windows2k has been installed twice.

I have installed windows 2000 on my computer, by mistake I have installed it again. Now the problem is when I switch on my computer it comes up with 2 windows on the screen and ask me to select which window I want to start.

It is bit anoying. I dont know how to remove one installation. All I want is, when I switch on my computer it should go straight forward and run the windows for me without asking me any question.

If anyone knows how to rectify this, please let me know.
